Customer Care Policy

Town Toiles wants to leave every customer satisfied. We believe in our designs and we make enjoyable products, but we are only happy when you are happy.

Should you decide you do not like a Town Toiles product, we will take care of you without the hassle. To return your product, send us an email online and simply ship the package back to Town Toiles. Once your package is received we will notify you by email. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. Town Toiles is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process.

To make your experience a little easier, here are a few more guidelines on returns:

  • For all products purchased at towntoiles.com, we’re happy to issue a full refund within 90 days of purchase so long as a receipt is provided.
  • If you lost your receipt Town Toiles will gladly credit you for the last retail value of the product.
  • Unfortunately, products purchased at stores or websites not owned by Town Toiles cannot be covered under this policy.
  • Custom and personalized merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange
